1. Use blue eyeliner on either your upper or lower lash line. Doing so adds more definition to your eyes without drawing too much attention. If you still aren’t big on the blue eyeliner idea, you can try using navy blue eyeliner, which can serve as a replacement for your usual black eyeliner.
2. With blue eye shadow comes a lot of blending. It’s best to pair your chosen shade of blue eyeshadow with a neutral colored eye shadow, preferably one that is closest to your natural skin tone. Use the neutral colored eye shadows to balance out the intensity of the blue. Limit the blue eye shadow to inner and mid lid areas, and use shades of brown and gray in the creases and outer lids.
3. Blue mascara is probably the easiest way to rock the blue eye look this season. Why? Because you can stick to your usual neutral-colored eye makeup and add blue mascara to distinguish your eye look from everyone else’s. The color blue emphasizes the white areas of your eyes, thus illuminating your eye color.
