The Holographic Material

Making you feel out of this world

The holographic material, also known as the iridescent material, is said to have evolved from the metallic trend. Holographic things are definitely not new in the world, but it was only recently that we started to see the trend grow. From nail polish to formal gowns — and, now, even hair colors — the holographic trend is making waves.

The difference between holographic material and the usual metallic or silver material is that holographic material has tones of blue, purple, and green. These tones are more visible when the material is moved, and when light hits it from different angles.

Reminiscent of mythical creatures and futuristic themes, its glossy shine is perfect for lovers of unicorns, mermaids, and all things outer space.

Holographic material, being difficult to ignore, is a great option for those who want to make a statement with their clothing, but aren’t fans of bright or neon colors. One way to wear holographic material is by using it to accent your outfit. Pairing a holographic belt, coat, pair of shoes, or bag to a monotone outfit would bring it that touch of zest.

On the other hand, hologram material can be used as the main focus of your outfit, as well. From skirts to tops to dresses, holograph clothing will definitely catch eyes. Pair a holographic top with white jeans or a holographic skirt with a dark blue top to emphasize the material’s iridescence.

On days that you’re feeling extra bright and outgoing, don’t be afraid to experiment. Try pairing your holographic clothing with a colorful top, or try pairing holographic with holographic.

Have fun with it!
