How frustrating is it to date for a couple of months only to have it end a few months after because HINDI NAGING KAYO? We hear ya’ there sistah! You are totally not alone. Losing someone you deeply cared for (and maybe even loved) is just awful.
So instead of listening to hugot playlists or binge watching How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days, trying to figure out exactly where it went wrong, here are a few of good ol’ remedies to get you back on track!

1. Goal digger

Yep, you heard me right. Set your goals high and never look back to what was and what never will be. Sign up for membership to that newly opened gym and get back in shape through exercise. Aside from reducing stress, exercise also releases feel good chemicals called endorphins that trigger feel-good vibes.
Remember, looking good is the best revenge and one sure-fire way to show your former significant other exactly what he’s missing!
2. When in doubt, strobe it out

While looking pretty might be the least of your concerns when mending a broken heart, a little makeup won’t hurt. It’s simple really, when you look good, you feel good.
Tip: For skin that radiates from Manila to Croatia and back and be blessed by Mariah, do turn to products that give you that fresh faced glow.
3. Get high
In height I mean! You probably got a little too comfortable while in a relationship that you started wearing flats. And let’s face it, flats aren’t exactly the sexiest type of footwear.
Now that you’re technically single again, it’s time to show off those long, lean legs in a pair of sexy high heels.
4. If looks could kill

How To Get Away With Murder might be your favorite series at the moment (aside from Gone Girl that is), but losing that MU shouldn’t stop you from having that inner-peace and tranquility. Stay positive and hopeful. And next time you see your ex-MU, take a deep breath, relax and treat him as if he were any other person you happened to run into. Oh and don’t forget to smile and show him the new and improved you.
Remember, you always have a choice, so choose to be happy and hopeful that Mr. Right is somewhere out there. Cheers, love and stay sexy!
