Sneakers
Enjoy Life, Wear Bow Sneaker
Okay, sneakers first because we all know that we Filipinos love ourselves some good kicks. And the pair of sneakers we’re spotlighting today is this Enjoy Life, Wear Bow shoe! Ribbons on dresses are a dime a dozen, but on trainers? A rare sight, and we must say the element adds a dash of elegance — which we all could use for more formal events. Sneakers that bring you from streets to dinner parties, this one got what it takes.
Yoo-Hoo! Sneaker (Black)
Next, we heard calling out our names is the Yoo-Hoo! sneaker that’s emitting all bad boy vibes with its black hue and faux leather. But we’re not turning around to run, because we’re too busy admiring the 3D graphic velcro detail featuring Mickey’s hands. The two straps were deliberately placed in opposite directions to emulate a tight hug. Talk about having Mickey wrapped around your child’s little “feet” (pun intended).
Yoo-Hoo! Sneaker (White)
If black’s too stiff for your jovial child, white’s a pretty alternative. Yes, the color attracts dirt but the faux leather makes your life easier as it’s easily wipeable. Most importantly, who can resist a cute Mickey half-peeping on the side of the shoe. Even if it goes unnoticed, the juxtaposition of the white canvas and black velcro straps will certainly make heads turn. And, who doesn’t need a pair of white kicks in their cupboards? They make any kind of outfit pop.

We may be done with sneakers, but we’re not over comfortable shoes yet. Extending our love for cushiony fits and light hues, we present you with the Bow La La! ballerina flats. Slightly elevated on the heel to offer that dinner-appropriate feel. Lest we forget the sweet bow at the front that further accentuates your child’s charm. The beige deserves a special mention as well, after all, it’s the most versatile color to pair with after white.

Finally on to casual shoes: sandals. Doesn’t matter if you’re now enjoying the cool rainy days or anticipating summer, this is the footwear your feet desperately need to stay fresh. There’s the open toe concept to air sweaty feet; the rubber outsole that grips firmly onto the ground; as well as the Mickey Mouse velcro straps we raved so much about previously. Only this time, aside from Mickey’s hands, his signature logo and emblematic red pants made an appearance too.

Milliot and Co is really pampering us with the many color options for each shoe. So, after we’ve been introduced to a somewhat “boyish” version of a sandal, naturally, we’d be looking forward to what’s in stores for the girls. Without disappointment, they’ve done it again with their pink True Original sandals. Thanks to its striking shade of salmon pink, we can see the beautiful Mickey Mouse accents even more clearly this time — which we know your kiddo will love.
