Nowadays individuals are recognizing the benefits of an active lifestyle. And with people from different walks of life snapping up and sharing their workout progress on social media, it’s not too hard to find individuals who serve as an inspiration to those looking for more well-balanced lifestyle.

Case in point, Neil Dy (@niggydy). With his knack for finding a balance between fitness, food and everything else. Neil’s IG feed is at the very least inspiring, motivating and very interesting to no less than his 15K followers.

With equal parts determination and hard work, Neil works out to get to where he is now. Aside from frequent visits to the gym, basketball training doubles as work out sessions too.

Although watching what one eats is important, Neil isn’t one to shy away from occasional cheat meals. Whether it’s a piece of protein-packed steak or some mouthwatering fries, it’s all good so long as everything is in moderation.

Healthy salad, hearty tomato soup and scrumptious grilled cheese anyone? Never on a diet, this guy sure knows how to balance healthy and yummy.
