Using a lint free wipe and 3-in-1 Cleanser or Alcohol, wipe the nail plate to remove any dust, oils, or lotions. Finally, apply Orly Gel Primer to the tip of the nail. Never pick or peel off a gel manicure as this can cause damaged, weak nails. - First, using a medium grit file, file away the top shiny layer of your gel manicure. - Apply genius remover to the cotton pad in a foil remover wrap and wrap around the nail with the cotton pad on the nail and let soak for 10-15 minutes. - Remove the foil remover wrap and using a Cuticle Pusher & Remover, gently push the gel off of the nail. If the gel doesn&rsquo;t come off easily, continue to soak for an additional 5 minutes. You should not have to use force to remove the gel material. - After removal, file your nails to the desired length and shape and lightly buff the surface of the nail if necessary. From here you&rsquo;re ready to apply a new manicure. Be sure to apply cuticle oil to replenish hydration. - The color shown on your screen may differ from the actual nail polish color.
